Ring Size Chart — How to Measure

Ring Size Chart & How to Measure

How to measure — Method 1: Use an existing ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inner diameter (mm) across the ring's widest point.
  3. Match diameter to the chart below to find the size number.

How to measure — Method 2: Wrap paper / string (Hands-on)

  1. Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of the finger.
  2. Mark where the paper/string meets (single wrap, do not pull tight).
  3. Lay flat, measure marked length (this is circumference in mm).
  4. Use the chart to map circumference → diameter → size number.
Best: measure at end of day when fingers are largest. If between sizes choose the larger size.

Quick measurement checklist: (1) Measure finger at day's end, (2) Measure twice, (3) If unsure choose the larger size, (4) For wide bands add ~0.25–0.5 mm to diameter. Source chart values from the uploaded ring-size guide.
