Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable Items:

• Silver Coins & Bars
• Customized or Personalized Orders
• Make-to-Order Products
• Special / Limited Edition Products

Cancellation Restrictions:

• Orders exceeding ₹50,000 cannot be cancelled.

Rights to Cancel Orders (By The Vora Jewels):

• Limited stock availability.
• Pricing errors or incorrect product information.
• Quality concerns found during inspection.
• Insufficient customer information or failed verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Serviceability or delivery restrictions.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Required Documentation: Please provide a video of the packing process and the courier handover. Submit your Government ID proof and one of the following: bank statement, passbook front page, or cancelled cheque. Documentation must be sent via Email or WhatsApp.

• Orders Over ₹50,000: Refunds are not possible. Exchange may be approved after inspection.
